Amanda Archibald’s work in Culinary Genomics, unveiled in 2015, has created a cutting-edge frontier that unites the fields of Genomic Medicine with the Culinary Arts. Through this work, Amanda places food, chefs and the kitchen at the epicenter of healing on equal terms with clinicians and physicians. Amanda’s unique perspective is derived from more than two decades of innovation in nutrition science and culinary translation.
Along with running the day to day business of The Genomic Kitchen, she provides genomic test interpretation for clients as well as nutrigenomic and culinary teaching for clinicians and chefs. She also consults with leading foodservice, ingredient and genomic-focused business entities.
Amanda has taught and spoken extensively at clinical, health and industry conferences in the USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Detroit Detroit native, Jeremy has worked in some of Detroit’s premier restaurants and has opened some of the most influential hospitality concepts in the nation.
From fine dining to retail to hospitals and education, his diverse experience in the culinary arts has allowed him to affect the lives of many, now on a global scale.
He earned the World Certified Master Chef designation from World Chefs along with the Certified Executive Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, Culinary Educator and Culinary Administrator from the American Culinary Federation.
In 2019 Jeremy launched his Soil2Service organization, realizing a dream to create a place where food to is the focus, from growing it to serving it.
